Nissan Acceptance is a ripoff company

I believe that Nissan Acceptance holds payments until the account is late and then the collectors call and hassel you. I had this happen twice and I am asking for an investigation of this con game.

Con Game

This company is a total ripoff. I had the bait and switch last September and then was promised by the General Manager that he would "switch it for a 2022" when they came in.

That was a lie. I ended up with a regular trade in and now MIdway has not paid off the original loan with the funds they received from USAA. Midway also sent out loan applications for me when I told Callie, the sales person, that I had my own financing. This ran down my credit rating over a hundred points.

Now that they have not paid off the old loan, nowI get a 90 day over and my credit goes down further. Don' t go near this dealer or their finance company.

Preferred solution: Pay off the old loan. USAA gave you the money and you owe it to NIssan Acceptance. Fix my rating with Experian by admitting that the loan inquiries were wrong because I had told you I had my own financing.

RIP OFF ..Service is pathetic , all they want is to rip you off , looks like they have a service quota just like sales quota. I went to this dealer to get discuss over heating issues with my car , they made me sign this paper for diagnosis fee of $140. Later I received a call with a bill of 550 ( to replace radiator Hoses and draining coolant ) , they gave me inspection report with few recommendations after I paid the bill. They fixed overheating problem and messed up by AC , Now they want me to pay $1500 ( earlier report just a day old said nothing wrong with it). Bottom line , do not go to this dealer , they just don't care about your hard earned money. They scare the crap out of you to get their service. Very bad experience , I hope the owner of this place is reading this. I would never visit this place ever again.

This place is a scam artists and has never change in 20 years telling me to come in and pick out a car got over there talk to the *** girl who text me tell called me tell me how great of deal they have on new car so when I get there push me off on this guy Tony who want me to fill out more paperwork and ask if I can get a co-signer then he comes back with you can't get a loan for you after that tried to call his *** manger and he was the worst trying to lie to me about getting a loan there I left some other mangers call me ask me if he can do anything for me to i told him what happened when I was there and how much I could put down he told me I'll call them myself and call you back after a while another guy ed called me 2 more times telling me I got you a good loan but need 4000 down to do the deal then want to 3500 and after ward another guy Scott call me and tell me I was asked to get involved in this case and I told him he understands that and never called me back like he told me want me to borrow money to get the deal done and after I posted a rewiew the dumped guy Sent me an auto-reply then after I told him about it told me it not us it's them they can't get any more loan because they have ripped off so many people that can't afford the high payment and high interest rates I got ripped off 4 years ago and stuck with my high payment and interest rates and the service area is a scam to they don't do what they promise people with 8 free oils change 4 tire roates and got 4 and 2 and tell people that you have to pay for them after you have to many miles plus there tell people that the lender like to see the warranty on the car it only to 39000 miles and nissan does not give you 36k bumper to bumper to so you get a really bad deal to plus this place is the worst dealer ship in Arizona sales car to people who really can't afford them and does not want to give you the rebate on the cars just ad that they do so if you don't want to get ripped off by midway nissan or Chevrolet go somewhere else biggest ripped off in phoenix az

I got ripped off by them a long time ago and got a high payment and interested rate from them and they gave me money to keep the car I tried to go back over there and waste my time and was told that I could not get a loan and I left the manager called me back and forth between us talk to some guy ed brown told me I got you a loan for your car but after I told the manager how much I could put down they want 4000 down then 3500 down told them I don't have that much so I talked to another guy same old story from him and ask me if I can borrow money to get the car so I never got a car from them but they could do it for me a long time ago and paid me to keep the car from them so I will never bought a car from midway nissan or Chevrolet they are rude people who lies to everyone to sale cars I think they don't have any lenders any more sale cars and trucks to people who really can't afford the payment and giving them very high payment and interest rates on bad loans and the service area is just as bad and the warranty on the cars are a joke 3-36000 and don't cover the hole car try to sale you a ex warranty up to 39k and tell people the lender want you to have it so you get a 3k warranty for 2k all I know is if you want to get a nissan or Chevrolet car go to another dealer ship midway nissan and Chevrolet is the worst dealer ship in Arizona and serous about that they will ripped you off and stick you with a car most people can't afford it I give them 20k- for the worst dealer ship in Arizona and if you read any good rewiew it probably them right them to make it sound like they are honest with you nothing but scam artists sale cars and that the truth

Midway nissan on bell, i went in spoke to the guy that literally opened my car door for me as i got on the premises i told him what i qualified for and howmuch my payments were iknew how much i could afford. What car i was looking for, got pushed into a brand new car even though i said i couldbt deal with the payments. Then after they finally came down to a price i could afford sent me out in a brand spanking new car. After a week called me that they beeded one more signature, the last signature for the loan that was already approved. Got there and was told that i needed to come up with eight grand or a co signer. Which was absurd and rude, because they were the ones that pushed me into a new car knowing my payment aggrements. So i drove off pissed as ***, and went else where. I do not recommend anyone do business with these people. They lie, they are rude and all their principle posters hanging around is nothing but bull ***

High pressure sales policy,4,ooo dollars in unapproved added insurance

arrived at midway nissian at around 9:30 am,had the new car picked out by 10:30,was stalled around for 5 more hrs,then went into finance to be bombarded with high pressure tactics to get my wife to purchase an additional 5,000 dollars above price of new vehicle,in unwanted service contracts,got a frantic call the next morning from midway,wanting us to drive 150 mi round trip,we live in Prescott valley,to sign the main contract,finance guy wanted to sell us 5,ooo dollars in unwanted extra insurance on a brand new nissian,that he forgot to have us sign the main contract!!!!!!!!!!!!!im looking into legal action for this matter,as midway is standing behind there sales practices

That high pressure sales pitch for extra warranty coverage is a fact and on top of that they charge $348 for Zatek - some type of clear coating - you only find out about that after u sign the papers - we were never informed of this extra charge

Midway Nissan - 2007 Dodge Charger Review from Albuquerque, New Mexico

Bought a used 2007 dodge charger in 2012 . Thought I got a great deal on a sexy car but the ensuing trouble wasn't worth the beauty of the car. They reeled me in on 10k ride with less than 70k miles, great right? After they got their cut it ended up at 17k and $463 monthly. Two years later I attempted to trade it, only to find it had been wrecked and I was shown a falsified carfax. Basically I'm paying 17k for a car that's worth 6k tops. Midway Nissan is a cancer, I don't even go down bell rd anymore.. I attempted to alert management of my findings but the sales manager Rita, didn't take me seriously and has yet to return my calls. Bad business for a large dealer to sell trash and get paid double the value. There has to be a law to stop such practices.

Sounds like the car may have been wrecked and not reported, so it wouldn't show up on the carfax. I'm sure you were given a copy of the carfax, and most likely signed a copy for them to keep, showing that you had indeed been shown no accidents were reported.

It also sounds like you got a great deal on a car and put next to nothing down with a high interest rate, resulting in a large amount financed on the car as well as any taxes and fees to the local government which you did not pay upfront.

Mom traded vehicle in at a tent sale and drove off with a 2012 vehicle that I signed under my name. Later to be called back to advise her trade in is not acceptable and she would need to turn the 2012 vehicle in. She was then advised they could get her in a 2014 Sentra. But, I would need to sign the papers. So, the finance guy tells me he'll Fed-Ex the documents, but I get a text from a man by the name of Greg who says I'm trying to meet with you to sign some papers. Totally lied

I purchased a vehicle was not given a contract.the price was diffferent the terms was different. Midway Nissan of Phn, AZ the bank received different this not right I am riding around with no paperwork.the dealership won't talk to me.I am getting the run around.I received the letter from the bank whontook the account. The bank noticed some indifferences. The bank told.me.to back the ddealership and get the contract. The bank said I should never left the dealership. The tterms are ddifferent. I was sold 2011 Nissan Armada from Midway Nissan in AZ, never was given the contract. its been 2 weeks. i tried to contact the dealership and gets the run. from the finance person, to the sales person

I have not received the paperwork for the vehicle I purchased from Midway Nissan in Phx, AZ. I walked out of the dealership with no contract. I traded in a vehicle. They lied to me (the dealership) I received a letter from the bank that bank that bought the contract. I called them was told to go back to the derlership, they saw things also not adding up. I signed a 60 month deal the bank was given 72 months, I was told the vehicle. Purphase price not same. I need help with this the dealership is not returning my calls. I'm being lied too. I have a vehicle with no papers on??

Ripoff dealership lies about everything else

If there a major scam artists it's midway Nissan lied about everything I got their ripped me of on the the rates and does not keep their word on anything from sales to service the worse company to do business with got totally scam by them completely the deal they made was no deal got ripped off on my payments and could not refinance like the promised me after I came back owes me 5 oil changes and 3 tires rotation told me I don't get them after so many miles but when I bought the car was told get 8 over 2 years and 4 tire rotation only got 3 oil changes and 1 tire rotation the manger of the service department pick a fight with me and treated me needs to fire Robert but they don't care about you just sales and service the guy I bought the car from named martin he the biggest bull *** there lies and still has a job so if you're smart you go anywhere but midway Nissan there nothing but low lifes and the must crooked dealership in phoenix Arizona l will never forget about everything they did to me and I'm still pissed about what happened to me so please don't go there unless you want to be ripoff that all flash there not going to do anything about you but lies and crooked people at midway Nissan so we need to get them close down all I'm saying is my experience with midway Nissan was the worst deal I ever got ripped me of totally so buying a car anywhere else without all that bs please don't hesitate to go to anyplace else but midway Nissan unless you like be ripoff that what they are legal crooks

Agreed on price in WRITING . Next day was going in at 10 am to sign papers with CHECK and received phone call at 9 am they sold suv last night and they LIED . SUV WAS NOT SOLD THEY DID NOT WANT TO HONOR THE AGREED UPON PRICE ... THEY ARE *** ARTISIT AT THERE BEST !!!!!!! STAY AWAY BECAUSE TEY ARE NOT A REPITUBLE DEALERSHIP. Friends of mine had the same experience 2 yrs ago and i did not beleive them .
